Dj Event Agreement

The disc-jocko service contract (DJ) is an agreement that is made for an event paid for per gig or hour. Depending on the disc-jocky, the music that is played can be original by the artist or the songs requested by the client or participants in the event. At the time of the agreement, the customer will usually pay a down payment to the disc-jocky which cannot be refunded if the event is cancelled. Article “X. Additional Terms and Conditions” provides a separate space in which we can list the additional obligations that should be imposed on the client, DJ or both under this agreement, but which have not yet been mentioned. If you need extra space, you can add more lines with your software or you can quote an additional document with the rules that should be included. If there are no “additional general conditions” to document, it is recommended that the word “None” be entered. However, lightning is considered an exception because of the metal frames required for light and speaker supports, so the DJ can adjust the operation in case of lightning risk. From time to time I confront nitpicking customers who, for one reason or another, think that their event, otherwise perfectly past, was a train wreck. But as I have not missed my job, the contract is for the event. A good contract can make you pay in these difficult situations – but it can`t help you avoid a bad valuation later.
