As a student, your financial responsibility to Wellesley College involves meeting payment deadlines and complying with other policies, meeting credit or grant requirements, and processing outstanding balances – even if someone else makes payments for you. On-campus employment opportunities include food services, campus policing, libraries, laboratories, the Davis Museum and academic and administrative offices. The current range of hourly wages for student employment on campus is between $12.00 and $15.00. Student paychecks are issued by direct payment on a two-monthly basis. It is your responsibility to see that your work schedules are properly recorded in the working time statements and that the work time tables are submitted to their supervisor for payment. All students (including those who do not receive financial assistance) must submit the SFS release form before studying abroad. It is due April 1 fall/year travelers and November 1 for spring travelers. Fall 2020 Space and Board Policy: The above schedule applies to room and board adaptations for those who change their status as residents of off-campus learning to off-campus learning after classes begin.
