Mos Collective Agreement
A worker who has applied for a long-term disability is entitled to additional days of short-term disability leave up to the maximum difference between the waiting time for a long-term disability and 131 days. The additional days are payable at 90% and are only used to fill the waiting time for the long-term disability if, under a collective agreement in force on August 31, 2012, the worker had to wait more than 131 days before being entitled to benefits under a long-term disability plan and the collective agreement does not allow the worker: reduce this waiting time. The following language is inserted in each collective agreement as a preamble to the language of withdrawal: the boards of directors will continue to grant benefits in accordance with existing benefit plans and the terms of collective agreements which, from 31 August 2014 until the date of entry into force in the trust. . . .
